About

YouthSource

Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Program

We are a free program that serves youth in Southeast Washington County to help them identify and pursue their career goals. Our focus is to support youth academically, to provide pre-employment training and work-based learning opportunities, develop life skills, and to offer training and support to help them transition successfully to college, training or employment after completing high school. Additionally we seek to provide a safe and positive place for youth that will contribute to their overall well-being.

Incentivized service learning and paid work-based learning experiences are available through the on-site entrepreneurship program The Supa Fresh Youth Farm, as well as with other businesses and organizations.

The YouthSource Program is funded by Worksystems, Inc. through a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor: Equal Opportunity Employer. Auxiliary aides and service are available upon request to individuals with disabilities.
