Want to train quickly to launch a good career? If so, this 2-week intensive training is for you! The CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator Readiness Essentials program is grant-funded so offered at no cost to you. Learn the core skills you need for employment as an entry-level CNC Operator.
CNC operators set up, monitor, and control computer-controlled machinery to produce precision parts. This is an in-demand position with many local manufacturers. The average base salary in Oregon is $20 per hour. If you successfully complete the program, you will get a chance to interview with employers!

About YouthBuild: YouthBuild is a job readiness program designed to support students ages 17-24 with finishing high school and attaining a living wage career by providing individualized career coaching, hands-on training, and industry-recognized certification in either the construction trades or technology. We primarily serve low-income youth and youth who have faced barriers to success. Students can earn up to a $520 monthly stipend when meeting requirements during the 6-9 month program.
