We would love to have you join us at Super Fresh Farm to cultivate self-sufficient, confident and joyful youth who enthusiastically pursue their career and life goals through internships, training and entrepreneurship.

Here at Supa Fresh Youth Farm we are often looking for a new team members! We are seeking individuals who are committed to social justice and excited to provide youth with leadership as they participate in engaging workforce development opportunities at the Supa Fresh Youth Farm. We have excellent opportunites for creative visionaries who are passionate about social justice, education, agriculture, and food, and who want to grow along with this amazing community.

At the farm, youth earn money, develop transferable work skills and earn school credits while learning about sustainable agricultural practices, environmental stewardship, and healthy nutritional habits. Youth also develop entrepreneurial skills, learn about business management, customer service, marketing, and teamwork by running a farm stand, online soap business, and operating a CSA.

Participant Expectations

  • Participants must attend all required classes and appointments, and be punctual.
  • Complete assignments and participation requirements
  • Committed to obtaining an educational credential
  • Willing to work, join the military, or attend college/advanced training upon program completion
  • Participate in community-based and work-based projects
  • Participate with a positive attitude

    • Low Income*
    • Have One or More Barriers to Employment:
      • High School Drop Out, Expelled/Suspended
      • Basic Skills Deficient: Math or Reading
      • Limited English Proficiency
      • Disabled/Handicapped/IEP
      • Juvenile Justice Involvement
      • Homeless and/or Runaway
      • In Foster Care
      • Pregnant or Parenting
      • Gang Involved or Affected
